This 120-page booklet contains reports on two successive conferences in London by the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations and the European Freedom Council in October 1968. The minutes give a detailed insight into the activities of ABN and EFC, including its countless sub-groups. Besides ABN president Yaroslav Stetsko, the event was attended by the Nazi war criminal Theodor Oberländer.
