FOIA Research is a nonprofit research platform that focuses on transnational relations of the far right, particularly neo-Nazi and paramilitary structures. All the efforts that have gone into the creation of the site and the content are entirely out of concern for the rise of fascism.
We care very much for the accuracy and reliability for the information and sources we provide. Therefor please get in touch in case you find any substantial errors, have any suggestions or remarks, or want to submit an entry.
FOIA Research focuses on:
- Far-right groups and organizations from the past and present, including parties, associations, clubs, sects, companies, loose groupings etc.
- Key far-right figures
- Key far-right events
Besides, FOIA Research aims to identify intelligence projects that created, or instrumentalized existing, far-right groups for various political and paramilitary purposes, mainly by way of analyzing intelligence documents declassified under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).1
